It never ceases to amaze me on what a dealer will do to make money these days.  From tagging on extras you do not want, to loading everything on the lot to the hilt to get the maximum amount of profit.  The sky is the limit for some of these guys, and you can't blame them.

After all if there are people out there willing to pay it, then you certainly ought to provide an avenue to get it.

With that said can you justify those that add "Market Adjustments"?  Simply an additional mark up for either high demand or hard to get vehicle.  How about a $20,000 Market Adjustment for a 2013 BMW 640 Gran Coupe?  Now this dealer is in Los Angeles where money grows on tree, but REALLY.... $20,000?

What are the dealers in your area selling the 640 Gran Coupe for?  Do any of them have the moxie to tag on $20,000?
