As you may know already, Chrysler made quite a buzz on the web when it released the first images with the all-new 2013 Dodge Dart, but it appears that the American manufacturer has even more for us. According to Sergio Marchionne, the 2013 Dart will be certified by EPA at 40 mpg or more by the end of the month.
