The next Porsche 911 is right around the corner and as we reported it is code named the '991'.
Here are the latest spy photos of the car in testing and it is clear they are not getting radical with the perennial icon of the car biz.
It will be longer, wider, faster, have a larger Panamera inspired interior, along with better sound and technologies to go with it.
Ok 001, so what scoop is that?

So here's the JUICIEST scoop/scoops on this upcoming 911 (991).
Over the last few years the cars price especially configured with the exciting options has really gotten out of the reach of the sweet spot in this competitive marketplace.
So our mole told us that Porsche will configure the car for the first time with popular option packs and the price of the car optioned in those configs will actually be 5-7k LESS that the current 997's option to option.
There are also rumblings that the next BASE 911 will out perform the current 'S' model.
Of course, that means the next 'S' version will be even more amazing.
Currently on the 997's the base 911 model is like a red-headed stepchild with most opting for the 'S'
So that begs the question...
Will the next base model 911 get sell better because of the performance bump and aggressive pricing or will the buyers still jump up to the 'S' in the land of the free and home of the brave?
