If you're a fan of 80s movies like me, then you're gonna love this.

One of my favorite movies is Risky Business. Tom Cruise running a brothel out of his parents house sounds like a genius movie plot to me!

But, you have to admit, the real star of the show was Joel's Porsche, which actually was his fathers. After a chase scene around the down with a pissed-off pimp named Guido, and the car sinking into Lake Michigan, it has the same lineage as the Ferris Bueller 250 GT California.

According to this post, some expectations are for this 928 to sell for upwards of the $50,000. However, there is a bit of a problem because according to one of the Volo the car hasn't been driven in years.


Porsche lovers who want a piece of movie history won’t want to miss the car that is coming on the market any day now. The 1979 Porsche 928 that starred alongside Tom Cruise in the 1980 movie, Risky Business, is being put up for sale by the Volo Auto Museum near Chicago to make room for its newest acquisition, the Chrysler from the movie, The Green Hornet. You can see pictures of the Risky Business 928, photos of its interior, engine and shots from the movie on the museum’s website...
