The latest limited edition of the Fiat 500 is founded on the athletic Abarth and it has been designed to mark Karl Abarth’s anniversary. Dubbed 500 Abarth “DA 0 A 100? (DA Zero A Cento), this specific model comes with an altered 1.4-liter turbocharged motor generating 160 hp and a maximum torque of 230 Nm. The memorial model also highlights different gear ratios aiding it to accelerate to 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill in 7.3 sec. The “DA 0 A 100’s” ceiling speed is 211 km/h or 131mph.

Furthermore, Abarth’s technicians enhanced the 500’s braking power by putting extra perforated disc brakes at the front and rear and also high performance front brake pads. Other alterations and improvements are a new air filter “powered by BMC,” special low springs and new 17 inch alloy wheels, complete with chrome-plated hub covers and Scorpion emblem in relief, rounded off with Pirelli PZero Nero 205/40 R16 ZR 17 rubber.
