Fiat is cooking up an opponent for the Tata Nano. It plans to manufacture the World's cheapest car by 2010 in India. The launch would take place globally, Fiat's CEO Sergia Marchionne told reporters on the sidelines of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers conclave.
