I have seen a Pur Sang in the Prestige Cars Showroom.

BTW there are also many other extremely rare exotic cars here in Dubai like FXX, MC12 Corsa Track day special, Gemballa Mirage, Pagani Zonda F, Koenigsegg CCX and many RR Drophead, LP640, SLR 722....etc

cars like F430, Gallardo, Muricielago are as common as S class or Range Rovers.

Middle East especially UAE is the heaven of Cars. I love it.
