The only shot depicting the dashboard doesn’t show any signs of deployment whatsoever - no driver’s airbag, not even the industry-first active glovebox knee airbag on the front passenger's side. And “the impact wasn’t violent enough” excuse does not apply because that’s no 15 mph crash there.
