I wonder what the collision speed was. The damage is tremendous.

BTW, the Taurus really makes cross-over SUVs look smallish.

In this world you can't have a damn thing long enough before some asshole comes by and trashes it. There would have been two news stories if I had been the owner of that car. We've seen the first one as above. The second one would be "Owner of 2010 Taurus SHO involved in 3-car pile-up shoots rear-ender in Chi-town". Now THAT'S a headline!

What's "slab-sided"? I've seen it used a lot in the past to indicate that the side lacked an kind of design (kinks, curves, raked edges, etc) and was just a flat surface.

And though I don't entirely like many of Fords designs, I appreciate the newer designs that's been finding their way to the production models as of late. The new Taurus has an exterior that doesn't immediately scream "I'm a Ford" when you 1st look at it.
