No, it does not look like a Nissan Versa. My ass. Even if it did, it looks better, than the Versa. A car thats like the girl with a but'a face. Meaning everything looks nice but her face. Plus, when I test drove the Versa the engine reved at 4000 RPMs at 80MPH. No Hyundai revs that high at such a low speed.

Anyway, guys this might be coming to the US, as an Accent 5 door.

Did I also forget that the Versa is just a rebadged Renault? =No sale for me. Also, the Versa has a small slot window between the mirror and the main pillar. The Versa also has a chunkier butt. Also, the i-20 is larger than the Versa in length. It has an Accent/Rio platform, and the Rio 5 is already a litle longer than the Versa by an inch or 2.

Then again, The Versa is a C-segment car, and the Accent/Rio/i-20s are B segment cars. Not a real fair comparison.

The Versa isn't 'just a rebadged Renault', it only shares the Renault-developed B-segment chassis derived from the Megane.

Which is a good thing, because Renault is a leader in front-drive chassis'.

Hyundai still has a long way to go on the handling front.

It is also being built at the Accent/Rio factory in Ulsan, Korea too.

Maybe Matthew, however considering Hyundai/KIA B-segments are the company's rally cars, I think the handling is superior to the Asian competition. As a owner of a 2007 Accent Hatch. I think the handling is the only thing that Hyundai might have cut corners on in this model. Older models had better handling. However, quick lane change handling has improved, curve hugging handling has gone down in quality somewhat in the newer models. (but hey the interior is quieter, and the suspension is a lot easier on bumps than the past)-sarcasm. I just hope they dont refine their B-segments too much further. It will take the rawness some people who drive the Hyundais like.
