I predicted the STS interior would look like that as it is the same interior of the Cadillac SLS that is being released in China. Looks pretty identical (which I thought was a very nice interior). Only difference I see is that this one has a new steering wheel.

There goes that qualification: "it looks very nice..... for GM" It's not nice on its own?

Looks like GM is the only domestic car company trying hard enough to win the hearts and wallets of the American people.

Looks awesome......First the CTS now this. I like what I'm seeing from the General. I was so pissed off when I saw the SLS pictures from China (thinking that we would never get the same interior here)

It's the Chinese STS interior. Why didn't they put that in in the first place?

Very nice. A slightly more upmarket version of the sharp new CTS's interior.

Who lit the fire at GM? Suddenly they’re focused on previously inane details like the weight of their key fobs, refined ambient lighting, steering wheel textures, and (gasp) interior quality! They’re hand stitching the center console?! GM?!... It almost hurts. What a humbling experience it’s going to be to show up at a GM brand dealership looking for a test drive.

Toyota, I love what you do for GM.

I like it alot, the STS really needs this. I like the wheel, but its hard to see. Good car, but i would like to see the how the new CTS skin and design looks on an STS, the next all new STS is what i am waiting for.

Nice work GM. This is the design direction you want to move towards, now don't take forever getting it to market.

The exterior of the STS has always been good looking, its just the interior was just mediocre. This new interior is just too much!! I cannot wait for this to come out. I seriously wouldn't be surprised if Cadillac sales skyrocket between this re-designed STS, the new CTS and the newer Escalade. Bravo GM, Bravo.

Honestly, I'd much rather have an STS with this interior over any other full sized luxury car (I'm comparing it to the Lexus LS, etc). Its essentially a gorgeous, well-built, domestic for half the price of its foreign competitors. What more need I say.

It's still gererations behind the warmly captivating interiors of Jaguar and a couple of the Japanese marquees.

I wouldn't say generations behind. The new GM interiors have definitely caught up to the market. I was very impressed with the new CTS interior fit and finish. Lets hope this trickles down to the non-Opel based GM products in the future. Good job Lutz!

To bad, they still have reliable problem with their car. This interior is definitely very good looking, I guess they have learn a thing or two from Toyota.

A reliability problem? I've never heard of these reliability problems. Maybe you should go check that 3.0 liter on your late model RX300 before you make things up about the STS.

The interior of this Cadillac STS look almost as good as the 2007 Camry V6 XLE/Avalon V6 XLE.

comparing this to a Camry????? I dont think so. The avalon....maybe-kinda-sorta. I'd MUCH rather have this over some uninspired toyota avalon.

sorry but ToyLex wants to be like GM in sales.. all GM is doing is trying to make a better car and hold ToyLex off. And its about time they woke up and I am glad Toyota is pushing up on them because its making them try again at designing cars we all might want to buy...

Lexus,

Judging from your inability to make posts that are grammatically correct, I am going to assume that you are about 15 years old. Go take drivers ed. and leave this site to the big boys. Saying stupid things like you are saying makes Lexus/Toyota look bad.
