H2 Killer ? Best armor car I seen.

armor h2 hummer off road comtechy

I saw this armor car on my way to work in NYC. It was parked at a 23rd st parking lot.

It is bigger and better looking than the H2 (if you like armor type cars).

It seems to belong to Mark Echo (the style guy). I know this becasue it has www.vote756.com written next to it.

Can some one tell me who makes this car ? and how I can get one ?

The perfect urban commuter is the French Panhard VBL but it would set you back about $500K. Better to wait for Iraq hostilities to end and try to buy a surplus Humvee which is exponentially better than those ridiculous H2 and H3 Humvee wannabees that GM is still trying to peddle.

Overcompesation to a level un-heard of before.

I don't see him driving to Queens so I don't know why he has an armored vehicle. I guess he's tired of getting car jacked by Tiffany's workers when he drives downtown.

I've seen stallled cars burglarized in broad daylight on thruways leading into Manhattan and, during the course of one week within Manhattan itself, I saw one vehicle picked apart and totally disappear as if the army ants in the jungle had totally salvaged a corpse. The first day the wheels were gone and then the doors etc.; later on they turned the car on its side and stripped the exhaust system off etc. etc. On the last day a flatbed truck showed up and the thieves made off with the remaining hulk for scrap metal.

Well, I must know, Carlos, why do you want this car? How do you find it at all attractive? What makes you think it's easy to drive or to live with? And what makes you compare it to the Hummer H2, a car that is half its size?
