Here is feedback from real customers about our car buying services.
"001 gave me the shirt off his back (or more literally, the car headed to his driveway) to make sure I was satisfied. I was looking for a lease transfer on a BMW 745li, and when it turned out that the car I was looking for was roughly the same specs 001 was looking for himself, he let me take the car he had found, and even drove it from Chicago to San Francisco to me. Anyone looking to buy a car and NOT using AutoSpies.com services is just wasting their time and money."

Dear 001,

Your purchasing service was great! I got all the advice I needed to make a good decision and I saved nearly $10,000 off MSRP on a slightly used (only 500 miles) 2003 E500.

And I should point out that I did not have to settle for some odd color combination. Last week I took delivery on my Silver/Charcoal car and it looks fantastic - very classic color combo. I could not be more pleased. I will definitely use your services again; I can only imagine how much money you can help me save on a higher-priced car like a Ferrari.

Regards,

GL, Northern California

Dear Auto Spies,

I'm an avid reader of Auto Spies and check out all the newsy stuff each week. I have just used the buying service to purchased a CLK430 convertible. I couldn't be happier with the car and with the buying experience. $299 to save thousands...I'll do that deal anytime. My friend is paying more for his CLK320 than I am for a CLK430! I saved thousands! Very professional!

Dear 001,

My experience with Autospies.com couldn't have been better. It is true that I drove from San Francisco to LA to get the deal they found me, but it was well worth it. Autospies.com found me my 2004 Honda Accord EX, with everything but the navigation system, for $300 under invoice. They paid off my old Lexus and gave me the car with zero down and STILL the deal was much better than anything I could find with a $3000 down payment and not taking my old car off my hands. In addition, and Autospies.com doesn't even know about this (cut this out if you want, Autospies.com), the dealership never bothered to check my credit while I was there, and called me back a few days later and told me they had to take another $1000 off the price of the vehicle to keep my monthly payments the same.. So in the end I got a decked out 2004 Honda Accord EX with Leather Interior, a security system and a 6 year extended warranty for $22,269.. Thanks, Autospies! It was well worth the $300 investment!!!

Dear 001,

I followed your tips on getting a good price and finalizing the deal when I went to purchase a 2003 Mercedes Benz E320 yesterday for my mother. Believe it or not, your tips saved me over $4940 off the MSRP, not to mention the savings on the interest rate for the lease. Everything was negotiated over the phone in one day. When the paperwork arrived, it was exactly as what we discussed. NO HASSLES, NO AGGRAVATION. It was shipped to my home in Michigan within 10 Days. If I would have purchased the car locally, the dealers were asking for sticker on this car. I was looking for $1000 to $2000 below invoice per your article April 10, 2003. They said they didn't have inventory like they do in California. I had such a great experience in dealing with you. I would like to say "Thank You" for all of your help. I have been a fan of Autospies since December 2002. You give out information that even the car salesman don't know about. It's great. They ask me how I get the info. I tell them I belong to a Spy Club. I don't know how anyone could by a car from a dealer without checking out your website FIRST. I am an Insurance Agent who comes into contact with a lot of people looking for new cars & I will always tell them to click www.autospies.com before they buy.

Sincerely,

Tanya Y.

Dear 001,

I just wanted to let you know that I picked up the BMW X5 4.4i earlier this evening. I could not believe how easy the "auto buying service" was. I paid for the service in the morning, got a call from you within hours, and picked up the car (at a local BMW dealer) that same evening. I was a skeptic at first, but after saving more than $2000 I am now convinced. I will use your service in the future, and I'll also send referrals your way.

Hey 001,

Thanks to your platinum consultation service, I got the exact Mercedes that I wanted, at the best price possible. And it was easy. Besides beating the best price that I had found, you provided me with an invaluable sense of both confidence and peace of mind in knowing that I was working with the best. I had done a ton of research, but your service proved invaluable in closing the deal.

Your consultation service is essential to anyone who's in the market for a new car.

Thanks again!

Dear 001: I want to thank you for the service you offer those of us who don't "live" in the world of Autos. I took advantage of your Consultation "Lite" offer, and was extremely impressed with both the knowledge and service offered under the program. By using the program I:

1. Gained a better understanding of the market I was dealing in.
2. Understood what was potentially possible vs. my guess.

3. Felt more comfortable in the negotiation process

4. Saved at least $300.00 on the purchase of upgraded wheels
5. Understood that the price I negotiated was a "fair" price.

I take delivery of the Mercedes E500 in two days, and thanks to you I feel good about the process.

Thanks again, 001, I have recommended you to friends and I will definitely use your purchase program when we purchase our next vehicle.

Best Regards,

Stan
