Watch out for the new 800cc, three-cylinder turbocharged version of the Hyundai i10 supermini that will be introduced in the first half of 2010.

The new i10, which produces around 90bhp and emits less than 100g/km, is based on the Hyundai i10 Blue CNG concept that was revealed at the 2008 Geneva Show.

Likely to be named the i10 i-Blue, the production car will run on standard petrol since despite the concept car’s impressive power output of 97bhp and 65g/km emission on compressed natural gas, the demand has remained low.
