The Chinese economy has slowed down dramatically over the past six months and demand for real estate in China's major cities declined sharply. Concurrently, new data has been published about the disparity between China's male and female citizens and the subsequent troubles Chinese men face when trying to find a wife. Now, a local Real Estate Developer is trying to strike a new balance between Marx and Freud in order to get the market going again.

Both points in this article have been known for a while.
With approx 40 million men aged 20-40 who'll never get married simply based on the fact the commies created such a huge imbalance, in China, no money means no wife. Probably why fobs have been so materialistic the last 15yrs or so.

China might have to start a war to kill off the excess factory labour before they start a revolt.

Golddiggers are usually the ones with the herpes.

Didn't say money didn't matter (ie. Tiger Woods, that little nerd that married his daughter, Woody Allen? or pretty much any old guy in a leased midlife crisis mobile).
The difference is in China it matters much much more if you have money. The standards in N.America are so low now that anyone who sounds gangsta can get some (hence all the trampy single moms out there now).
