A top executive this week broadly hinted that the automaker plans to launch a new, sexier Lexus model based on a concept car seen at the North American International Auto Show earlier this year.
The Lexus LF-LC concept coupe is "not only a hot-looking coupe, it's a hybrid," said Bob Carter, Toyota's senior vice president of automotive operations in the U.S., in a speech. "So you can look great while helping to meet the needs of our environment and society."
He says the concept has received a "fantastic reception," often code for "we're going to build it."

...Well, given that Toyota is the King of Hybrid Technology, a car like that coming from Lexus wont be produced anytime soon. I'm sure Lexus will over engineer this beautiful baby. You can forget about it having any close rivalry from it's competitors. Lexus will put their foot in that one for sure. Where ever they came up short in the LFA, it wont be in this one.— lexworld (View Profile)
