Nissan is looking at adding more female inspectors as one of its strategies to improve quality control at the flagship Infiniti factory, for its redesigned M sedan, which arrives next spring in the US.
Nissan would like to take advantage of women’s better attention to detail. Included in the carmaker’s plans are to have new laser measuring devices and to provide better instructions for line workers.
