Decent movie but lacked the resonance that Batman Begins had. Audi product placement was pretty prevalent throughout the film. The R8 looks incredible in the movie.

Batman begins was a GREAT movie. I am going to Iron Man right now, in .. 15 minutes.

I'd have to say I was a bigger fan of the S5 Pepper Potts was driving. There's something about the R8 that I just don't like. It might perform like a $100k+ car, but it just doesn't look like one to me.

LOL subsidized? You amazinIdiot no car with a base price of $109,000 (manual) and $118,000 (auto) respectively is subsidized.

Next thing you are going to claim is the V10 with a base price north of $135K is subsidized. hahaha.

Go back to elementary school you moron.

Audi doesn't need RWD. Their profits are soaring, their sales have increased every year for the past 12 years, and the R8 even with AWD has slaughtered the RWD BMW M6, and has even humbled Porsche's RWD 911 icon many, many times.

LOVED this movie, and I wasn't that familiar with Iron Man going in. RDJ is great as Tony Stark, and yeah, the Audis are all over the place with Stark's R8 prominently featured. There's also a scene where a Q7 gets a lot of screen time (stopping just in time!) and Pepper Potts pulls up in an A5 (I think) in another scene.

It was an S5. The movie was quite good. Definite hit and Audi product placement was cool.

Smashed? How so amazinidiot??

If all you care about is sales numbers, and profit margins then BMW is winning. If you care about other things such as AWD, limited-production and price then Audi is winning the game.

Also, you don't seem to understand just how important China is becoming in the auto-world. Why do you think BMW and Mercedes are scurrying to catch up to Audi in China....it's because Audi is dominating the Chinese market and it is the Chinese market that will become number 1 in the next 5 years.

Soaring profits, soon to be 13 straight years of worldwide sales records, enormous performance from the R8 V10, and an ever expanding product-portfolio that is going to strangle Mercedes-Benz's diluted strategy....Audi is rapidly moving into second place.

BMW gets smashed by Porsche and VAG.

Saw the movie over the weekend. Before i left i stopped at an audi dealer cause it was on the way. Their products sure looked good to me, a little pricey for the performance numbers but performance isnt everything the cars are just great cars. the new a8l was awsome the v10 s8 was awsome the s5 was awsome they even had an rs4 convert that was awsome.Oh back to the movie rdj played a great role and i was thinking if i want speed ill just jump on my zx10r so I think S5 is my pick when my lease is up.

Great movie. For those who haven't seen it make sure you stay after the credits for another surprise if you haven't already heard about it.
