Is this the BMW X1 or V3 Crossover?
Well, as you might have noticed in the title above, we are not 100% sure what to make of these spy photos. It's coin toss between the BMW X1 and the rumored BMW V3 Crossover.

We all know that the BMW X1 has been confirmed a while ago by the german manufacturer's CEO, but I don't remember seeing an official statement on the V3. As soon as we find out more, we will let you know, in the mean time, have fun with these spy photos.

It looks minivanish to me. I say V3. It's more comparable to the R350 than the GLK350.

Definitely appears to fall into the "I'm not a mini-van" denial category.

V3, X1, Z6, O2, H20, NaCl... who cares, news about a new BMW is about as exciting as getting the news that they'll be a new Rocky Balboa trilogy 7,8 and 9.

Definitely an R competitor. It's too big to be a 1. Which is odd because the R class does not sell well here.

The roofline seems too sloped to be another minivan in disguise. Plus I thought BMW decided to axe the V3/5 when they saw what a flop the R-class was? Whatever, is it possible that this could be the next generation X3?

I think they're going to get the SoCal moms to move to this vehicle to maybe push a Green(?) or Family theme to the car. Getting them out of the X5's and keeping the X6's for CLS owners. BMW will probably have a 3.0TT a Hybrid (OMG a Hybrid, it'll save the world!) and a 3.0L Diesel TT. They may even sell it like the R, a low level model with just enough luxuries with the 3.0L TT/Diesel TT, and a "higher" model with the Hybrid power train and a whole motherlode of luxuries. Pricing will probably fall between 45-65K.

Looks like BMW's latest niche vehicle, the SnavV.

Wonder if they'll price it to go against the Matrix and Mazda5?
