Kimi Raikkonen to leave Ferrari
Kimi Raikkonen could depart Ferrari as soon as the end of this season, according to reports. Germany’s Auto-Bild-Motorsport said the beleaguered Maranello based team has already commenced its search for the Finn’s successor, after failing to live up to his reputation and newfound status as the highest earning F1 racer following his switch from McLaren for 2007.

Alonso's success was down to the car he drove, not his talent! Sure he is a great driver, but just look at how he is doing right now... He can't even keep up with an F1-rookie.
Ferrari doesn't have the edge anymore. McLaren does!

Keep dreaming ;)
McLaren is the new top dog! They have the drivers AND the cars! I get the feeling that once Schumacher stopped, Ferrari just sort of gave up and thought "ohh well... Now all is lost, but at least we had a good run!"...

No it isn't... If he is such a fantastic driver, with several years of experience, he would have been able to beat a man who have never driven a Formula 1 car (or both the circuits on which he won)... And that man even drives the same car as Alonso... Had they driven different cars, you might be right, but seeing how they basically drives the same car, a world champion should be able to beat a rookie... This goes to show that Alonso won at least as much because of his car as his talent!
And once again, you are deliberately misquoting me to spawn an argument... Just stop it... Please... I wrote that he is a fantastic driver, but that it was because of the car he drove that he won... Actually, your argumentation just backs me up, because had Alonso driven i.e. a Toyota last season, he wouldn't have become the champion... Ergo, it must be because of his car that he won!

WHERE ARE WE DISAGREEING?!?
Yes, McLaren spent alot of money on their car, making it the best in thi grid... We agree, right?
Alonso would not have won the championship last season had it not been for the car he drove... We agree, right?
Alonso does not have as many points as Hamilton... We agree, right?
I'm not twisting anything here... You were the one trying to start an argument over something we actually agreed on from the beginning. Alonso won because of his car, as will Hamilton this season (if he wins), but that doesn't change the fact that the numbers and the prior races clearly shows that hamilton have a clear edge over Alonso, ergo, he must be the better driver... There is nothing more to it!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.... Can you hear how stupid you sound? Back to the retard argument huh? Weigh less? You do know that the cars are weighted down so all the cars weigh EXACTLY the same? The only way you can do anything is by driving with less fuel in the tank!A bad day I can believe... But nobody has a bad season! Not that he has a bad season, he is just not as good as Hamilton... Anyway, discussion over... I'm not going to continue this stupid and pointless argument just to humor you! Go back to the playground, kid!

What is a potential fact you ignoramus? A fact is a fact or it isn't a fact at all! There is no "potential facts"... That is what is known as RUMORS!
That is like saying "I'm 100% sure that Toyota might win a grand prix in the future"!
And you call me a retard? Sure... LOL

You are so stupid that it hurts me! Hamilton could weigh 4000 tonnes more than Alonso and the total weight of CAR AND DRIVER will still be the same as Alonso's! WHAT PART OF THAT SENTENCE ARE YOU TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND? That is what makes F1 so equal! ALL cars, including driver weighs exactly 600 kg! NO MORE, NO LESS... NO MATTER WHAT THE DRIVER WEIGHS!
Whether Alonso is just in a bad mood, is pregnant, is from Mars, suffers from a deadly brain tumor, have hamsteritis or is a retard or or all of the above, he is still a worse driver, ergo he has less talent!
If he is in a bad mood, it is a lack of talent!
Looking forward to seeing you make a fool of yourself with your answer...
And please, can't you come up with something better than just calling everybody better informed and more intelligent than yourself "Retard" because frankly, it is getting a little old and just shows your lack of intelligence! "Hmm... I don't understand what he is saying and just want to disagree no matter how stupid it makes me look, so I guess he must be a retard"... Idiotic, moronic and incredibly childish!

LOL... You want proof? Why how pathetic are you? You'll do anything to save a little face huh?
Proof? Here is your proof:
http://www.fia.com/resources/documents/1603301296__2006_F1_TECHNICAL_REGULATIONS.pdf
"ARTICLE 4 : WEIGHT
4.1 Minimum weight :
The weight of the car must not be less than 605kg during the qualifying practice session and no less than 600kg at all other times during the Event.
4.2 Ballast :
Ballast can be used provided it is secured in such a way that tools are required for its removal. It must be possible to fix seals if deemed necessary by the FIA technical delegate.
4.3 Adding during the race :
With the exception of fuel and compressed gases, no substance may be added to the car during the race.
If it becomes necessary to replace any part of the car during the race, the new part must not weigh any
more than the original part."
Definitions
"1.9 Weight :
Is the weight of the car with the driver, wearing his complete racing apparel, at all times during the event."
Anything else kiddo or are we done here? Because you are boring me with your relentless pursuit of new ways to make yourself look stupid!

BTW, a little education for you:
Fact;
"Generally, a fact is something that is the case, something that actually exists, or something that can be verified according to an established standard of evaluation.[1][2] There is a range of other uses, depending on the context. Philosophers and scientists are interested in facts because of their relation to truth."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fact
Since a fact is something that exists, is a proven case or can easily be verified according to an established standard of evaluation, there can't possibly be anything such thing as a "potential fact"! That is a rumor or a speculation, the almost the exact OPPOSITE of a fact actually! If your speculations turn out to be true they will become facts, but that doesn't make them "potential facts"... Just speculations!

Ohh... And don't start with the "That doesn't say that the car must weigh exactly 600 kg, just at least 600 kg", because unless you are even more stupid than I thought, even you should be able to figure out that no one will make their cars heavier than absolutely required. They all weigh exactly 600 kg before you start fueling the cars. If you don't believe me, call a random F1 team and ask them... The cars are lighter than required and then they weigh them down with ballast according to the drivers weight on the day with ballast in order to obtain the lowest possible overall weight (600 kg + fuel).

LOL... Whatever kid... If you want it to be so it will be! Really... As long as you live in your little dream world at least... "Potential facts"... That is like that is like saying that you are precisely inaccurate, late ontime, luckily unlucky, fat yet slim, a genius yet a retard etc etc etc!

Why should I prove it? Why don't you do a little research yourself? If you really want to be correct so much, why don't you do some research yourself? Why don't you show me some proof why they should make their cars heavier? I'm not going to continue this silly, childish and truly retarded argument with you...
I know I'm right, prove me wrong! How is that for proof? No you can't? Pitty... You just lost an argument and have no way to save face...

Couldn't prove me wrong huh? Too bad for you...
Just using your own tactics... Why don't you actually prove that Alonso is a better driver? That was the initial argument! You are so full of BS and you are such an idiot that you can't even admit when you are wrong... You know what?
I'll be the bigger man here: You are right about everything... Alonso is the best driver ever, even though he can't beat a rookie driving a carbon copy of his car, all formula 1 teams make their cars as heavy for no reason what so ever and yes, I'm a retard! Happy? Good... Goodbye...

I think Kimi still good but Ferrai can't make a good car at lest this year to compete to Mclaren.
Last year Massa was bad shape than Kimi and he got better now. At least kimi need to run full circle

I like Kimi, and with no doubt he could of done better but due to reliablity problems last season was often screwed over. But now Mclaren have upped their game and have a very impressive vehicle, i can't help thinking Kimi would of been better off there.

the point being made is the level of progress by toyota
they had the largest budget for several years and at present still have spend a lot of $$$ & are a joke to F1. They have hardly made any progress over the years
If your comparing McLaren to Toyota on the budget, the performance difference is from the huge!

I like Kimi but he's inconsistent and also got some attitude problem.
Kimi (even Alonso) can't see their team mates perform better than them and want all the attention otherwise their interest and performance drops.
Kimi gets USD 52M.Now the highest paid driver till now should have more than a pole and a win to his name. (Remember all 3 of his arch rivals now have 2 wins to their name)
I agree he is not living up to the hype and status (He is the successor of Shumi and also the highest paid).
BTW after Monaco race, when asked he gave the clue that he's unhappy and regret leaving Mclaren and also showed interest in Honda (where he can get the most money and also where his team mate doesn't beat him)
BTW i hope him a good luck. I still like him.

Glad to see Kimi behind Massa. Also it is nice to see that Jenson Button has not scored any points this season. I would still like to see one last hurrah from Sir Frank before he leaves.

I think all an uncompetitive team and car needs is a competitive driver and a group of engineers who understand what direction they should go with its car to become top tier. Any manufacturer has potential to win, it's the smaller teams with small budgets that will have issues.

McLaren strength probably won't last beyond this year.
Lets not forget Adrian Newey designed this years McLaren and is now employed by Red Bull.
