Lexus Announces Pricing On Pebble Beach Edition Models
Lexus today announced Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the Pebble Beach
Collection RX 350 and ES 350 special edition packages. The RX 350 luxury
utility vehicle and ES 350 luxury sedan will both receive Pebble Beach
Edition packages for the first time, extending a relationship with Pebble
Beach Company that began in 2003, and has since produced an SC 430 Pebble
Beach special edition luxury hardtop convertible every year. Production of
the Pebble Beach Collection RX and ES is limited to 6,000 vehicles each.
The MSRP for the RX 350 Pebble Beach package is $3,880, while the ES 350
package carries an MSRP of $4,170.

The goal of the Pebble Beach Collection is to evoke the feeling of
exclusivity that comes with an excursion to the Pebble Beach Resorts. Both
the RX and ES Pebble Beach Editions will feature signature colors, popular
options and unique badging. Additionally, Pebble Beach Edition owners will
have the opportunity to customize their ownership experience by selecting
from one of three distinctive merchandise packages: Callaway Golf
Experience, Travel or Epicurean Encounter.

will feature new and unique design 18-inch wheels and chrome grille, a
color-keyed rear spoiler and a special interior trim combination.
Customized floormats, featuring Pebble Beach Company's signature The Lone
Cypress(TM) logo, are included. On the exterior of the RX, Pebble Beach
Edition badging will be on the front fenders. The RX 350 Pebble Beach
Edition is offered in both front-wheel and all-wheel drive and marks the
first Lexus special edition model built in North America at Toyota Motor
Manufacturing, Canada.

    ES 350 Pebble Beach(R) Edition

The sleek ES 350 Pebble Beach Edition is available in the special
Truffle Mica color, as well as Tungsten Pearl Silver and Obsidian Black.
The 7-spoke 17-inch wheels come with an exclusive liquid graphite finish

Really Lexus should discontinue all of this marked up Toyota Models and should concentrate on building Lexus only models like the IS and LS. I think the RX is in desperate need of a refresh, it has become a ubiquitous sight to my eyes.

IS is not branded as Toyota in Japan, at least not the IS250 and IS350

The stupidest discussion is, Lexus is Toyota, has anyone said Audi is VW? my answer to these stupid comments is, so what!! if MBW and MB stuck with their name plate and others didn't that means one and one thing only, Toyota is a bigger company and far more successful than BMW and MB and the rest too.

So if tomorrow Toyota comes out yet with another brand, good for them let them keep expanding.

on another thought, why did MB come up with Maybach? does that make MB a lesser quality?

So I hope, the Germen fan kids would stop making such stupid comments that only show how frustrated they are.

One big difference here bud, I had a Lexus that could be serviced at a Toyota dealership (was authorized to do so by Lexus). I owned a Audi that absolutely could not be serviced by VW.

German's really differ there umbrella company's unlike Asian brands. I've owned them all and found that a Lexus is really nothing more than a Toyota with more speakers and fake wood that looks just a little more real.

If most Dentists in the USA make as much as my Dentist makes, i Doubt they would be wearing much Polyester.

The Wanker had the cheek to tell me about his 2 M5s and CL63 Amg while charging me $2500 for a Cleaning and Cavity Fill Appointment.

Granted that Americans are brand crazy, it may not be a bad deal if the so called popular option packaging saves some cash. Don't forget how prices skyrockets with those jumbo Lexus option packages.

Guys.... Chill !!!!!!!!!!!

Toyota//Lexus is just playing a game that Ford, GM & Chrysler have been playing for Decades, Why are you mad that they are doing it right ?

When i first got to the USA in 2000 i was shocked that Americans i spoke with did not notice that the Navigator was Exactly The Same in approx 95% of Total Vehicle Parts to the Expedition,
*Same thing on the Escalade & the Surburban & Denali.
*Same on the Crown Victoria & Town Car & Grand Maqis
*Same on the Aviator & Explorer

I can do this for ever, And i mean same Everything except for the Badging on the Front, Tail and Sides.

So why should the NA Manufacturers have a monopoly on using Marketing to sell BullShite to the Populace ?

I say kudos to Toyota for a job well done.

Now that they have seen europe is not so succeptible to marketing they might have to put a bit more substance to their vehicles in order to increase interest but they have Very Good Products for their Target Segment, That fact nobody in their right mind can deny.
