As the whole world awaits, Maserati is ramping up its efforts to hit that 50,000 unit sales figure for 2015.
It's got a bit of work to do though it's been very impressive to watch the automaker more than DOUBLED with more than 15,000 units moved.
Just think, the Ghibli hasn't even really made its splash in the U.S. yet.
The BIG car we're waiting for though is its sport-utility vehicle, the Levante. We're thinking it will closely follow the form of the Kubang concept seen at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. Now if the famed Italian marque can get its resale values in check, it may just get plenty of buyers interested and hit its forecast. Granted, it may be a bit behind schedule.

Though still a long way short of its 50,000 target for 2015, and not enough on its own to transform Fiat's bottom line, analysts have said that Maserati's increased profit bodes well for the forthcoming resurrection of the higher-volume Alfa Romeo brand.
"We are getting Mirafiori ready for production (of the Maserati SUV). The first bodies are expected for 2015," Marchionne said on the sidelines of the Geneva auto show...
