Looks good but too bad they didn't come up with that from the get-go.

I think it looks quite good. Of course as a CX-7 owner I am slightly biased to the RX-8's look as it basically defined Mazda's entire current product line.

They still need to work on that engine though (come on bring back the 20B-REW from the Cosmo we will be good little boy's and girls we promise). I have a turbo in my CX-7...why don't you put one in the RX-8? You obviously aren't adverse to turbocharging engines mazda since the Speed 3/6 and CX-7 come with turbos. You have to have a surplus of parts that you could easily throw at the few RX-8's that are going to be built. So add a turbo. Please. With a cherry on top.

And yes I am WELL AWARE of the difficulties of turbocharging the new wankel engine. But they have had a couple years to play with it now...couldn't they have thought up somthing?

...PS Mazda, while your at it, throw a turbo at the MX-5 again...the sky and solistice have forced induction...it should too.

Spectator. Great post. Mazda should bring a Mazdaspeed MX-5 (Miata) out with forced induction. Make that a hard-top (non-convertible) one and it's perfect.
