More details on the Bugatti Veyron crash
The UK man who crashed his brother’s Bugatti Veyron back in March will have his license endorsed with nine penalty points, three points away from being totally suspended. He will also receive a £400 fine but we suspect the trashing he would have received from his older brother would have been much worse.

I just would love to hear the call to his insurance company. Plus car insurance in the UK is very different. His brother may have not even been covered unlike here in the US where insurance on your primary vehicle allows you to drive any other insured car.

If his brother wasnt covered to drive the car it would have been illegal. It is illegal to drive a car in the UK without someone being liable for the insurance.

I'm sure his older still has alot of money left to get himself another Bugatti Veyron. To bad, his idiot brother has to go and mess up this marvel of auto engineering.

If you read the article they says, his family run several car hire and property comapanies in London. So financially, it look like his brother has the money to get a new one.

Do you guys think it's salvaged? If not, I wonder how much it'll cost to fix it up at a autobody shop. As long as there are no frame damage, it is possible to do it.

How can you spun out of control in a AWD vehicle with all the electronics to aid you? I guess it must have been buggy with the AWD system. Another point proof that Audi's Quattro AWD sucks, which is what this vehicle is based off of.

lenkun, I belief it going to be salvaged, and even if it is, it going to cost alot of money fixed it up. It not like it a Kia you know, you have to take it to a special dealer, probably an Audi,VW or Bugatti shop to get it fixed.
