Easily one of the most anticipated reveals for Toyota in recent years, the Supra is a motoring icon. While some of that is certainly attributed to the Fast & Furious franchise making the fourth-gen Supra a star in its own right, it's always been a sports car with street cred.

And now we have the fifth-gen Supra thanks to the 2019 Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS).

While I am going to wait to voice my opinion, I wanted to make sure that all of the Spies got their eyes on these real-life pics we snapped at NAIAS.

There were several vehicles present but most people were glued to these two, the red and matte silver cars. WHICH Supra do you like better? The lipstick red car or the silver one?

In my mind there's no doubt that this will be a controversial vehicle over the coming years. With over 330 horsepower via a BMW-sourced, turbocharged inline six and weighing in at around 3,400 pounds, it's expected to have some gusto.

And just wait until the aftermarket community gets a hold of it. I think we'll start seeing 500 horsepower fifth-gen Supras in relatively short order.
