You know, it's funny.

Not only does Volkswagen take its sweet time delivering its products to the States, it also takes its time delivering information.

The newly revised Jetta is a big deal as the Jetta is VW's volume product. In addition, a lot of the press got on veedub's back when the all-new Jetta initially debuted. Volkswagen has previewed a light refresh of its Jetta saloon ahead of its reveal at the New York motor show in the coming days.

The saloon gets a light nip at the front and rear; the changes are done with a view to improving the Jetta’s aerodynamic efficiency.

At the front there’s a subtly altered front grille, revised air intakes, new LED daytime running lights and a new bumper, while the lines at the rear are tweaked to give the Jetta a more slippery shape...
