In recent years, Kia has been bringing out the fire with its all-new vehicles. What I am trying to say is that they're designed quite well and they've definitely got the Spies attention.

Take, for example, the all-new K900 and Optima. Both vehicles look GREAT. Personally, I liked Kia's Niro concept, but who can forget the GT4 Stinger that appeared at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show?

Long story short, it's clear that the boys and girls at Kia know how to make a cool looking product. But can it do it in reality with a minivan? Well, we're about to find out next week as it rolls out the all-new Sedona at the 2014 New York Auto Show.

If anyone has the brass to do it, I think it will be Kia that takes a leap of faith over, say, Chrysler, Honda, Nissan and Toyota.

Below you'll find the two released teaser shots and a brief press release.

Kia's press release follows:

All-new Sedona to have world premiere at 2014 New York International Auto Show

The all-new 2015 Sedona midsize Multi-Purpose Vehicle (known as 'Carnival' in some markets) will make its global debut at the New York International Auto Show next week and raises the bar in the segment. The sophisticated and purposeful Sedona rides on an all-new chassis powered by a 3.3-liter gasoline direct injected (GDI) V6 engine and offers a host of innovative technology and safety features, including Kia's next-generation UVO Infotainment & Telematics system. With several new eServices features, the 2015 Sedona is designed to be the perfect companion for any lifestyle and accommodate any adventure on the road.
