This may be the new 335i coupe instead of the M3. The M3 should have side grills like the other new BMW M-Series cars.

I agree with Stevo. In previous M3 models, we've also seen the rear tires stick out a little more. Additionally, the BMW site shows the new coupe with dual exhausts, however the exhausts on this picture seem to match closer to the current M3.
