Nissan GTR Convertible
The Nissan GTR Convertible has been spotted on AutoJunk.nl.

With all the hype surrounding the Nissan GTR Coupe and the levels of demand it has reached, it’s hard to believe that Nissan will even comprehend a convertible version. The excessively popular GTR Coupe seems to carry Nissan as their flagship model quite well, displaying the highest level of performance qualities that we have come to love.

Will the Convertible variant ever go into production?

We sure hope so!

No Way.

The only chance to see its convertible version is at INFINITI.

Agree completely. I don't like the look of the above P-shop and I don't like the idea of a drop-top GT-R. It just softens the hard image of the car.

But a more luxurious Infiniti variant wouldn't be a bad idea.

They should've just badged it an Infiniti in the first place. At least it would further justify the hefty price tag for a Nissan. I'm not too sure about a drop top version but a T-Top or targa would be sleek looking. My two cents.

That's funny. I didn't find the original to be anything close to being attractive when it first came out, but this photoshop doesn't look that bad.

The GT-R (coupe) only works because its (aesthetically challenged) design seems justified by its outstanding performance, but this...

This is Just Silly, and Quite Unattractive!

replacing the black body trim on the bottom with body-matching color would do wonders.
