The Japanese based automaker Nissan has recently announced its plans to introduce a new sports car which will be slotted below the facelifted 370Z.

The upcoming small Nissan sports car will not be a rival for the Toyota GT 86 / Scion FR-S or Subaru BRZ and it will be aimed towards younger drivers, following the same path as the Juke. The model in question has been recently confirmed for production by Andy Palmer, the company’s vice president, in an interview with Car and Driver.
