It was made public today by Nissan Motor Co.

Ltd. that it will release a brand new Skyline Crossover this summer. The brand new Skyline Crossover attempts an incursion into the crossover category with a special and extraordinary design that comes about from a merger of a coupe with an SUV.

The elegant crossover employs sleek and high-grade materials to offer a luxurious and custom interior section. Power is provided by a VQ37VHR unit with VVEL technology, the powertrain provides high reaction and high torque for an adrenaline-pumping experience. Besides these the powertrain also offers cleaner emissions and better fuel economy. By joining the powertrain to a 7-speed automatic transmission with a manual shift mode continuous acceleration is attained making the car both potent and sleek. There is a harmonization of firm handling and agile ride comfort to create an optimized balance for a more enjoyable driving experience.

Infiniti is like Aston Martin... the same old curves up there, but the EX has that awkward flatness at the bottom. Still, the EX specifically is actually okay.

The G57, on the other hand... In Europe, some people might call the G37 coupe bland <- that is also my thought; am I alone here?

G37 coupe alone is not bland, however I am tired of seeing Infiniti use the same sloping curve for all of their designs. It was interesting for a while, but now many of their designs look like they came from the '90s. Infiniti should try using some lines and edges. Just do not get carried away like Acura.

The U.S. and pretty much the majority of places that sell Infiniti only offer the EX35. This article is regarding the EX37 7speed. Only some of Europe actually offers this vehicle.

Correct! The US spec G35 has a 5-speed automatic, not the 7-speed and the bigger engine car in this article.
