Now That Chicago Is Over, What Was Your Best And Worst Of The Show?
Now that we've seen what was shown at the 2008 Chicago Auto Show, the Spies want to know your best and worst picks from the show.

There was a lot of hype around the Dodge Challenger but does anyone TRULY care?

Did Acura take steps forward or backward?

Will Ford re-define what the USA minivan will look like?

Are any surprises on the horizon or will 2008 end up being a dull car year?

Take a look through the gallery and let us know what cars really caught your eye.

Yes, I did mean the 2009 Acura RL, but I might as well include the 2009 Acura TL if Acura's current design trends are any indication... LOL!

What the hell is Acura thinking?

The RL's redesign looks like it was penned in a Karaoke bar!!

I'd hate to be an Acura Fanboy right now. Blakura, why you so quiet?

Hey I love BMW's but even I know that Audi's do not look awful.... the worst car here at Chicago is and was the Acura RL... what a backwards move. I think Honda is giving up on this division. It lacks any unique models like Lexus and Infiniti have, all of the models are Honda's elsewhere... so really there is nothing special about them. This is sad cause Acura was the fore father of Japanese Luxury Brands.

Acura RL as worst, only for that beak. But the car itself might prove a wonder with its improved performance.

there is no improved performance... 10hp and what else?

I am a die-hard Acura fan, I've been saying my next one will be a TSX coupe AWD and +300hp... I thought the concept-4 was the glimpse of what was to come, that would be a great way to get their performance/luxury image out there.. they only seem to focus on the technology aspect of it.

I'm looking for the article where I read it, but the President (or CEO or VP whatever) was discussing the future of the Acura and Honda brands.. focusing on drawing a distinct line between the two brands. The entire Acura line up would be receiving a (at the time recently developed) brand new AWD system, SH-AWD and would all receive engines no smaller than 300hp... Honda on the other hand would focus on "going green" with environmentally friendly cars across the entire line-up, using hybrid engines for the smaller vehicles (civic size) and diesel engines for the larger (Accord, Pilot, etc.. )

If acura was to offer SH-AWD and 300+hp on all of their cars, with a RWD bias option or RWD on the performance ones, they could finally start to shake this dramatic downward spiral that have been in.

One great thing about this terrible design, it confirms the only way they can save the next RL will be a V8 or all the way to their new V10. Sad thing is, by that time a V10 in a "flagship" sedan will be the status quoe, and Acura will just be playing catch-up again..

One very upset Acura fan....

Well Acura has some real styling problems. They have clearly lost their mojo from what they had 4 or 5 yrs ago. Cadillac,Audi,Jaguar the new Challenger from Dodge are clearly the highlights.

Worst Car: Acura RL

Wow ugly is all I can say about it. A warped Acura grill with definite Honda cues. RL will not increase in sales much, only the diehards will buy this at first, once thy have bought one sales will fall again.
BMW's tii concept teases us with what could be with the 1 series taking us back to the 2002 roots.

The RL is so disappointing that it makes it look ugly. It's looks like the accord with a creased frontend of a cadilac. The only problem is, it's a cheap fwd accord with gadgets. It's like dressing up a grocery cart with bells and whistle but manages to make it look uglier.
