The U.S. Supreme Court today largely upheld President Obama's 2010 health care law, a decision that will require dealerships, auto suppliers and other businesses with 50 or more employees to offer basic health care insurance starting in 2014.

In a close 5-4 vote, the court left standing the basic provisions of the 2010 health care overhaul: the U.S. government may use its taxation powers to prod consumers to buy health insurance and push employers to provide coverage.
