If your lights have been out and you weren't paying attention recently, Lexus is giving its hugely popular IS line up a refresh for 2011. The Spies brought you some useful information months ago here and here. But, now it's time to get down to brass tacks and show you all the photos from the information we put together. As we reported earlier, the 2011 IS will be getting some nice changes in many forms. Our first example is the IS350, which will be featured in all-wheel drive for the first time. On all IS', 2011 will bring some subtle refreshing in terms of the headlights, new front grille/bumper and new wheels.Additionally, 2011 IS can be equipped with new F Sport modifications to the tune of -- no pun intended -- new 18'' wheels, suspension modifications, front/rear spoilers and microfiber seats. 2011 Lexus IS Photo Gallery 2011 Lexus IS Photo Gallery2011 Hyundai Equus Photo Gallery2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS Photo Gallery2011 Ford Edge Crossover Photo GalleryConcours D'Elegance Monterey 2010 Photo GalleryAutoSpies.com Photo GalleriesIf you want to see your photos running on our homepage photo ticker, be sure to upload your photos on the go by sending them to Mobile@AutoSpies.com Share on Facebook

My God--Will they stop dressing up Corollas and start from scratch? They could make this into a great car, but as usual, are cutting the costs just to make the shareholders happy.I know what would look badass, let's add 6 fake tailpipes to the IS-F!!!That IS-F is one fast Corolla!!!No joke & no crack!!!— 1uberaudiR8 (View Profile)

@1uberaudiR8 That's very funny...I don't know why you're still calling those tailpipes fake! Lexus figured out a way to keep them clean and to keep the vibration down. The competition weren't able to come up with that at first, and now they're all doing it because the idea sucks! no wait... that's not right...Some might see similarities between the Corolla and the IS, but besides the inevitability by the designers, the people are just subconsciously matching whatever isn't there. The IS is less of a Corolla than an A4 is a Passat. And here's a little saying for you: "Once you've driven a Lexus, you'll never want to drive a Toyota again." The way the IS is made, the way it rides, and the way it lasts is something a Corolla owner can only dream of.— WorldofLuxury (View Profile)

I'm NOT digging it, I like the 2006-2008 original Lexus IS250 and IS350 better. The New lower front bumper look nasty and LED make it look very girly. The LED strip on the Lexus IS250 and IS350 make this Lexus IS look very cheap and tacky. And this coming from a person who has own and driven both Toyota and Lexus cars. The LED look really good on the AUDI but this NOT for the Lexus IS.— Lexus (View Profile)

I agree.LED suits the German cars not so much Japanese brands. I also agree that the original IS250 and 350 look much better. They are trying too hard now to "fit in". Also the design got a bit old and grew old fast, at least on me. I wonder how the next IS will look.— Agent63 (View Profile)

knowitall..not so much. once you drive a bmw (assuming handling and wonderful engines matter to you), the competitors just feel second rate.— enthusiastx11 (View Profile)

Looks like the Lexus IS chief designer & Rick James doing crack cocaine together...again. Cuz after all "Cocaine is a helluva' drug..." But, on a serious note let's hope the 2012-2013 Lex IS model/design is more on a serious re-hab tip..."Cuz Cocaine is a helluva' drug...."— BigShow50 (View Profile)

Just too add the L.E.D. Lights look like someone just woke up and forgot to wipe the "corns" off their eyes. Also I prefer Chicken Fried Rice over this...but I love the IS-F...no joke & no crack!— BigShow50 (View Profile)

Are the bolsters finally adjustable? I work out, so I cannot fit in the seats. I love my BMW sport seats with the adjustable thigh support and side bolsters. Lexus has a long way to go still with the seats. One size does not fit all. Lexus is still a wannabes luxury vehicle. I still have no idea (besides price point) why people would drive this vehicle in the segment.— 2ndbimmer (View Profile)

No hating. Looks like everyone is just calling it like they see it. As for your question: Is there any other direction they could have taken for a simple refresh? Why yes there is. They could have left this car alone. The money spent on this barely noticable "refresh" could have went to another vehicle in their lineup that matters more.— LACMAN (View Profile)
