The Peugeot 308 HDi 110 holds now the World Record for the highest average fuel comsuption on a journey as well as the record for the furthest distance travelled on a full tank of fuel.
Available with two HDI engines delivering 90 and 110 hp the vehicle broke the old record held by a Peugeot 307 hatchback which completed 1192 miles on just 60 litres of diesel fuel and an average fuel consumption of 90.75 mpg.
