Porsche thief runs out of fuel
A man dressed in a suit and armed with a cheque book managed to steal a Porsche 911 Targa 4 from a Malaysian dealer but ran out of fuel only two kilometers away from the lot. Acting as though he was going to buy the car, the man asked for the keys, started up the engine and drove it out through the dealership’s front windows. Read Article

Not surprised. People who drive German cars are not very smart. It's this whole "look at me I am rich and snobby" attitude.

I hate thieves who target Porsches. I did a stint as a consultant in Montreal some years back and a colleague there watched out of the second storey window as a thief drove his new Porsche right out of the company parking lot. The car was never found but a credit card in his wallet left in the glove box was used in an attempt to buy merchandise in the Middle East at a later date.
