Ready to be launched in 2010, the RR4 will be smaller than the Phantom and will be powered by a new engine. Rolls-Royce says that the design was signed off in 2007 so these sketches must be pretty old; however engineering work is fully underway.

While Rolls-Royce didn’t give any details on the ‘new engine’ rumor has it that power will come from a 6.0L V12 engine that produces 550 horsepower. That would give the baby Phantom the ability to go from 0-62 in just...

Inspired by the Cadillac Sixteen much???

What a shame Cadillac didn't build that beauty themselves.

I have seen it said that the sedan that will replace both the DTS and STS will be similar in style to the Sixteen.

...and you are right, particularly about that second sketch, it bears a significant similarity to the Sixteen. Having said that; it is a sketch, and they often don't reflect the actual proportions or look of the car. So before I become indignant I want to see the production reality.

Yea it really does look like the Cadillac Sixteen.

Cadillac should have built it, maybe they will now.

If anything Cadillac wanted to be a RR competitor.

It is true that the Cadillac Sixteen had it been produced as such would have an anticipated price of $250,000, but that is still less than the Rolls Royce.

If you are insinuating that Cadillac stole design ideas from the Phantom, I suggest you think again fo it is impossible. The Sixteen was unveiled at the same autoshow as the Phantom IV.
