The mystery surrounding the latest AMG model to make waves across the 'net are becoming clearer thanks to some official words from the "magic" department at Mercedes-Benz.
At least that's how I refer to AMG as what they can do should be deemed mythical.
Anyhow, officials are confirming that the all-new four-banger AMG will have over 300 lb.-ft. of torque, have an all-wheel drivetrain and will sound absolutely crackers. The latter part being the AMG way, after all.
As expected, there will be a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, a full reworked suspension, Brembo brakes and an AMG-specific interior. According to Top Gear who already got a look at the vehicle, it is a very nice interior that has a bit of an Italian flair to it -- well, that already sounds appealing.
