While the LaFerrari made its debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, it likely will not reach showrooms for quite sometime. That said, Ferrari's latest model to drop is the F12.

And while they're just starting to make their way into the welcoming hands of customers, it appears that Ferrari is up to something. Something special. Usually Ferrari takes its sportiest, front-engined V12 and creates a special package for it. In the case of the 599 there was the HGTE kit and the GTO model, which debuted late in the product lifecycle.

Emerging from another publication is a single photograph of a fully camouflaged up F12 undergoing developmental testing. Personally, I think it's a bit too early for a Speciale model or a GTO-type of car.

Likely this is a special package, like the HGTE, that will sport up the F12 as it currently stands.
