Jaguar Land Rover is like the sleeping giant. Finally, its been awoken after years of being completely dormant. But it's not rising for the day nice and easily. It's exploding out of the gate.

It's a lot like Mount St. Helens.

Just think of all the amazing products it has dropped recently:

- Jaguar XJ
- Jaguar F-Type
- Land Rover Range Rover Evoque
- Land Rover Range Rover (the flagship)
- Land Rover Range Rover Sport

Talk about an exciting time to be at a freshly recharged automaker.

2) People will eat these things up. I'd wager Range Rover plays it safe with an extremely limited run and they will be cherished.

3) I have yet to see an Overfinch stateside. This may be as close as you get — assuming Range Rover makes the RS a reality and ships it across the Atlantic.

4) Why not?

...The ride height also lower than the standard Range Rover Sport’s, suggesting firmer, tuned suspension. Black 21-inch alloy wheels finish off the extensive makeover.

Under the bonnet is the same 5.0-litre supercharged V8 as the standard car, but with a higher power output. We expect it to match the Jaguar XK-RS, with 542bhp and a massive 680Nm of torque sent to all four tyres. This means the Range Rover Sport RS could cover 0-62mph in around 4.8 seconds...
