A car we've been keeping relatively close tabs on is the all-new baby Jaguar, recently dubbed the XE. So far from what we've seen, which isn't much, it was riding on a highly modified XF body.

Early impressions seemed to show a much smaller vehicle all around. Not sure what size it will ultimately be but if it's going up against the likes of the BMW 3-Series and Cadillac ATS, we assume it'll be in that region.

If you check out these shots, it's clear the vehicle will boast a low snout and a relatively flat side profile. The vehicle's shoulder line is quite high and the vehicle's greenhouse is pretty tight.

Now if you're particularly observant, you'll note that Jaguar went out of its way to cover up the C-Pillar that essentially mimics BMW's "Hoffmeister Kink." In addition, there's a lot of extra cladding around the rear window, which is peculiar to say the least.
