Recently seen at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show was the all-new Infiniti QX30 Concept. Funny thing is though, in recent months some spy shots have depicted a heavily cladded QX30 working its way around Europe.

Typically automakers, in this day and age, wait to see the public's perception — media and in-market consumer opinions — before rushing off and getting to developmental testing. Seems like that's not the case this go around.

Spotted doing some testing on public roads in Europe, this is the very first time we're seeing the QX30 in production trim in live action. In addition, note that there's zero heavy cladding.

Although it is mostly a chase shot from the back, you will note when the vehicle turns you can make out the distinctive shoulder line. Given the design language Infiniti has been showing with its production Q50 and Q60 Coupe Concept, I think it's pretty clear that the production "face" will remain quite close to what we saw with the QX30 Concept. Of course some small details will change but expect it to, overall, carry over to reality.

If you're like me and a nut trying to gauge its scale, watch the clip and note when the MKV Volkswagen Golf GTI appears. You'll note it doesn't appear too much bigger than that automobile.
