When you see a Bugatti, you know you're looking at a Bugatti. The shape is all too familiar from what you've seen in online pictures and posters. So if you were to stumble across a funny looking Veyron painted a two-tone combo and was plastered with a bunch of funny looking camouflage you'd probably inspect it too.

Turns out who ever was photographing the car just ran across what's rumored to be the Veyron replacement.

As the last cars are being sold, this is thought to be the follow up product, dubbed for now as Chiron. Although there's no official word about anything, the rumormill seems to believe that this will be a 1,500 horsepower hybrid vehicle.

According to people on the scene, this test car still boasted the Veyron's engine but was being complemented with electric assistance. Makes sense as that's what seems to be en vogue these days at this level of performance. If you take a close look around the vehicle you'll note it is sporting the Veyron's most sleek body as previously seen in the Super Sport World Record Edition car, but it ditches the spoiler.

As it is a Volkswagen Auto Group product, you'll note it is equipped with a Golf GTI steering wheel and key. Obviously it is a test mule that has plug and play parts. So, I guess that means I can buy a Bugatti steering wheel and pop it onto my Golf if I really wanted to.
