It may have taken a little bit of time since our first look of the MINI Coupe Concept, but the sportier Cooper has finally been getting some recent attention from spy photographers. Although some funky camouflage is covering up the roofline and rear hatch, it appears that the show car's styling will remain pretty much intact for the roadgoing version.
However, these new images show something important. A John Cooper Works edition Coupe undergoing testing. Though we should have guessed that MINI would produce a JCW, it wasn't made clear how far MINI would go with the Coupe. With that said, the JCW is an incredibly fun machine and this is VERY exciting.
My favorite thing about the JCW Cooper; how it sounds on the overrun. Ah, pops and bangs. So good.
