When you think of the top muscle cars today, you may think of the all-new 2015 Ford Mustang or the Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 that's gonna hit showrooms soon.
I can tell you most folks probably haven't been thinking of the Dodge Challenger, unless they've been watching old episodes of Breaking Bad.
The car hasn't really gotten updated though a special edition has popped out now and again. And if there's two BIG things missing from the Challenger, it's the following:

2) Real performance.

So if you've been waiting for Chrysler to get its act together with the Challenger, it seems that the company may have just been woken up from its slumber.
