As we noted in the previous thread, it appears that the game is on when it comes to Audi developing a more hardcore Q7 sport-utility vehicle. Said to be called the SQ7 — following the debut of the SQ5 — this will be the more sporting Q7.
As seen in the previous two spy photos from abroad, this vehicle is seen sporting large diameter wheels and tires, more breathing in form of exposed air intakes and a quad-tipped exhaust that looks as though it was inherited from the Porsche Cayenne Turbo. All of these signs point to an S-line product and assuming the next-gen Q7 sheds as much weight as has been rumored — 700 pounds — we may have a serious machine on our hands.

Watch what is probably the new 2016 Audi SQ7 undergoing testing on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. The SQ7 was recently confirmed for 2016 by Audi’s board member for technical development. We believe the car shown in this video might be the SQ7 because of the speed it carries en the quad exhaust system that can be seen on the car.
