Science Proves Exotic Cars Make Women Hot! Does Your Brand Have THAT Kind Of Power?

A study commissioned by a phallically named insurance company proves beyond all doubt that the unbridled roar of an Italian supercar turns women on but the soft purr of a fuel-efficient econobox doesn't stimulate anyone's MPG-spot.

David Moxon subjected 40 men and women to the sounds of a Maserati, Lamborghini and Ferrari, then measured the amount of testosterone in their saliva. He found everyone had higher levels of the stuff -- a measure of their arousal -- after hearing the revving exotics, but the amount the women had was off the charts.

The econobox, however, left everyone colder than a January day in Nome.

Oi Vey! Enough with the immature/idiotic sexism already - GROW UP!

We've all seen your pictures, and understand that the only way that you can get any attention from a beautiful female is to drive a cool car... We Get It!

Nostradamus, I think the author is tying to compete with Ann Landers for advice on love and relationships. My advice is to use your car as date bait and, if the lady turns out to be a gold digger, simply start acting like a complete cheapskate. She'll then move on and many others will line up to take her place. The risk is that you will eventually meet a real cheapskate of the female sex who is only interested in what you are interested in, which may lead to a great long-term relationship and perhaps even marriage.

AmazinBimmer,

I like you share a love for BMW autos, but I have owned Audi's too. They are really fine, well crafted, safe, nicely designed cars. There attention to detail is uncanny. Why do you bash Audi so much?

The Audi's I have owned have been wonderful and trouble free. They may not be as quick or handle as well as BMW's but the Audi Quattro system is the best all wheel drive system available. I've driven my Audi's places I could never go in a rear wheel drive car. I felt the safest in the Audi's too.

I currently own 2008 BMW 335i coupe, but my car previous to that was an Audi and I kept it for almost 6 years without any problems whatsoever.

BMW's are more fun to drive and I've owned 4 of them over the years, but Audi is also on my shortlist for a new car.

I bet you it also proves a boost in testosterone for men when they see an exotic car. Who cares whose driving it, the car definitely does somethin to men too.

sadly enough, yes!
It is because of my age. I am 28, I have a pretty good job and I drive a 335i sedan BMW, black on black with soft tinted windows and M3 CSL wheels. I keep it very clean (which women love) and it does turn heads. BUT, the reason it turns heads more than a ferarri because the BMW 3 series is attainable. Woman are interested in me and my car because they see it as attainable and not some douchebag driving a ferrari to show off. I live in the Chicago area and women around here run, not walk, run towards shiny things like diamonds, nice watches and clean cars. The woman in chicago have a snese of entitlement, but it also the males fault for giving them all of this attention without them trying.

First, only an idiot would think that somebody who drives a Ferrari must be a douche bag and second get real.... a Ferrari is the biggest chick magnet. Period. Any woman of any age would die to be seen sitting next to a guy who drives a Ferrari.

Driving a BMW might get you more attention than driving a Civic but to claim that such a common car(like the 3 series) turns heads(and more than a Ferrari) is downright ridiculous. Get a clue.

Yes, a Ferrari/Maser/Lambo work great in getting women hot and in the sack the FIRST and second time....BUT.............if you truly want to keep them coming back you better have a Prancing Horse,Bull, or thrusty Trident between your legs and Bill Gates between your ears...

I own a BMW and it is a great car but hardly a chick magnet, when I was young I had MG`s and Austin Healey`s built in the 1950`s and 60`s, and Sunbeam, Lotus and Jaguar built in the 60`s, and Ferrari later, they were real chick magnets, and my competition cars, I won a few events and did ok with the girls, but I could pick up a girl in a Sidevalve Morris Minor in those days, I even won my first event in one. I guess if you need a Ferrari to pick up a girl you might do so, but not keep her long.
