So You Think You Bought A Lemon? THIS Is Who You Call!
We get A LOT of email from readers having problems with their cars and asking us for advice on how to deal with potential lemons.

Well, we're not attorneys and I have not until recently met any firm that deals with cars like the demographic of AutoSpies.com readers drive and never felt comfortable with the existing guys that are out there that seem like ambulance chasers.

Until now.

Through personal business I met Bobby and William and even thought this is a paid advertisement, I can wholeheartedly endorse their professionalism and expertise as a customer myself.

Let them tell you in their own words about what they can offer you...

It appears many of the Autospies readers are having repeated problems with their cars . . . cars that they have spent a substantial sum to drive.  Not only are the repeated problems wasting their valuable time and causing endless frustration, but Autospies readers are often met with a roll of the eyes, insinuations that the problems are imagined, and/or ultimately failed repairs from their local service departments.

In our experience, there is no reason to endure the continued frustration and inconvenience of repeated service visits simply because the repairs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.  We know that searching the internet for “California lemon law” can be a daunting task especially when the search turns up dozens of attorneys who either don’t have the experience or cannot be trusted.

As Agent001 knows from personal experience, California attorneys Bobby Samini and William Ibrahim of Allenbaugh Samini LLP have made it their mission to offer the highest level of representation in and honest and forthright manner in the area of California lemon law.

Don’t waste your time by giving the service departments and car manufacturers the opportunity to give you the run around.  Our firm has a unique expertise in analyzing your case upfront to determine whether you have a valid case.

We will quickly and painlessly evaluate your claim at no cost to you.  If we feel you have a valid claim, we will work quickly to obtain a favorable result for you.  With our knowledge of California lemon law, we are able to present the claims to car manufacturers in such a way as to recover every penny you are entitled to under the California lemon law.  Many of our clients’ matters are resolved in less than 3 months with little effort exerted on the part of our clients.

We understand that you have already endured frustration and wasted time dealing with your problem vehicle.  That is why if we feel you do not have a valid claim, we will quickly tell you just that so as to not waste anymore of your valuable time and energy.

If you have had 3 or more service visits in connection with your car, contact us directly at for a free evaluation: (949) 471-0790 or visit us on the web at:

Sounds like Bobby Samini offers an excellent service but the best advice is never to to any business in the first place with car companies or dealers who don't deliver on the promise of their brand. Now, you might say that there is always the prospective customer who is unaware and gets sucked in by crooked vendors with slick advertising and that is true. Always ask around and do your own mini customer service survey and product quality survey.

Look for designs and use of better materials and fasteners that inherently provide better reliability and durability. That is stuff often not properly discussed in popular car magazines. Best to ask technically oriented friends about these things.

Even the so-called best, most high quality vehicles have problems that cannot be resolved quickly or sometimes at all.

To say that you should never do business with a car company who doesn't deliver on the promise of their brand is a little naive, to say the least.

I get your point, but the reality is that these lemon laws are there to protect consumers from the inevitable run-around that dealers and car companies will put you through. Of course, they are trying their best, but sometimes their best just isn't good enough.

My wife and I "sued" Ford for her Five Hundred. They settled over a year later, with multiple inspections and trips to the dealership for just under 6 grand. But, by the time the attorney got his costs and cut, we were left with less then a thousand, and still had a POS Lemon !!! Should have burned the damn thing in the service drive at the dealership !!!

Lemons are lemons but do we really need advertising for these attorneys on this blog? We're all paying for these attorneys indirectly through the costs that are passed on to us.

Agent001,
Nearly years back I wrote a blog complaining about my 1998 LX470 which had problems from day one, that is from Sep 1998 when I purchased it new.

After few replies and more blogs in other articles about Toyota I received a negative response from your staff asking me to stop and qouted:"...What did you expect? These are mechanical vehicles and will break down some time!"

That was true, but not in the first 2 years of ownership. And from a brand touted as "Relentless Pursuit of Perfection". Now, I see a 180 degree shift in the website position where 'GO AFTER THEM' moto is encouraged!

I'm still having problems with the same LX470 but unfortunately there is no venue where we can beat these corporations because the system is so corrupt and LEXUS/TOYOTA dealerships are beyond reach. No need to go through the details which I assume AUTO SPIES has already deleted from its servers but just to give the readers the chance to see for themselves how changing positions can hurt the credibilty of this website. Flip-flap is not a good message from AUTO SPIES to its readers. What a shame.
