Spy Shots: 2008 Mercedes Benz C-Class
Mercedes’ latecomer to the compact premium sedan segment is in its final stages of testing and is due to be unveiled at next year’s Geneva Motor Show. In the meantime, UK source Auto Express has presented several images of the new car including coupe and estate versions. Based on the larger E-Class, the new C will also spawn a performance coupe model aimed squarely at Audi’s upcoming A5 and BMW’s 3-series coupe.

Don't ever show me that photoshop again.

Ever.

Even worse than the old C hatch.

I think it looks better than the last bobcat crap design. If it's not barebones and overpriced, it would warrant a look over the C-sedan.

As for the current model, there are plenty of better players in the field. 3 Series, IS, G35 and A4 are all better, depending on your needs.

But I'd have to look at this new C. Accounting for the big, brash and beautiful new S/CL, it may be a winner.

But then again, so will the new A4, G35 and 335i. This is a heated segment.

I think the refreshed C-Class is an excellent car. MB finally made it what it should have been from the start: solid, comfortable, sporty, good interior. I don't see what the problem is. Drove them in Europe and the handling is almost as good as a BMW 3-series, almost. That's saying a lot. The problem is that MB uses different suspension and steering settings for the US-spec C-Class, so I am told, hence the difference between a Euro and US C-Class.

Anyway, this photoshop is FUGLY.

the other photoshops on the links aren't any better. then again, I don't think the 4-door shot is photoshopped because the camo-covered car shows alot. Based on that, it looks like a boring design.

Look like Mercedes went up to Hyundai and say we love your current design Accent and we surely love to make a overprice one.
