I hooked up my accelerator to my brake lights. I hit the gas, people behind me stop, and I'm gone.

Spy Shots: More Audi RS6 shots
This recent sighting of the Audi RS6 without the black-and-white checker boxes, shows that Audi is closer to the finished product. Caught by CarMagazine, the Audi RS6 was on its way to do more high-speed testing around the Nurburgring.

The next Audi RS6 is expected to carry a 5.2 liter V10 twin-turbo engine that produces 530 horsepower, giving it significant horsepower increase over its biggest rival, the BMW M5. Expect a 0-62 mph time of 4.5 seconds with a top speed of 155 mph.

The Audi RS6 is expected to make its official debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show in September with sales to begin in 2008 in the UK. Estimated price tag is around £65,000.

It will be a 5 litre. Not a 5.2.

and the acceleration time is going to be way faster than this..... I expect low 4s or even high 3s! ( the M5 already gets 4.2-4.3s )

R8 got 4.0s from 0-60.Which means this is going to be in 4.2-4.4 second range.

BTW it's very late, it is in process for the last 2-3 years. Typical Audi RS.

Where are the fender flares.

The last generation model had some and the car look so agressive.

Please put fender flares on the new RS6.
